The new interface of the software seems to be more user-friendly, but when you use it, you'll be disappointed. The software is very slow, there is no logical automaticity between the operations and you have to wait patiently for the answer to the click, always with a doubt about its acceptance.

Hello,
We are currently working on these problems, that's why the site is unstable.
Thank you for having a little patience, the site is two weeks old, and faces more than 100 simultaneous visits in peak hour, 174 000 requests in 25 hours, 7GB of downloads in 3 hours.
We have neither the infrastructure nor the teams of facebook. I'm on my own with this, so I do what I can.
Things will improve quickly.
We know about the slowness issues, and having yet another discussion about it is not necessary or constructive.

It's convenient to ask people who have paid not to talk about the problems. You have to have a lot of nerve! When it comes to being constructive, it's up to you, not the customers!
