Dates: August 10 to 14, 2026
Contents: Learn and master 28 left-hand dance rhythms: Waltz, Bolero, Cha-Cha, Bachata, Cumbia, Bossa-nova, Tango, Foxtrot, Charleston , Forro, Madison, Baïon, Reggae ... Work on the instrumental technique linked to each rhythm, and groove work. Set up the 28 rhythms on a right-hand theme to work on independence.
Trainer : Maxime is an accordionist. He is a freelance performer specializing in musical entertainment. A student at Cnima since the age of 11, first as a "vacataire vacances", then as a full-time student, he has won numerous international competitions. He holds a DEM (Diplôme d'Etudes Musicales) in variety accordion.
Public: All ages, all levels
Prerequisites: Mastery of major, minor and 7th chords.
Schedule: 35 h, Monday 2:00 pm to Friday 6:00 pm
Welcome meeting Monday 1:30 pm

Technical work related to each rhythm and work on the "groove". Place this 28 rhythm with a theme on the right hand in order to work the independance.
Trainer : Maxime is an accordionist and professional musician specialized in entertainment music for cocktails and bals. He studied at CNIMA from age 11 and got a French Conservatory diploma in accordion. He was a laureate in many international accordion competition.
Participants : All ages, all levels
Pre-required: Master the practice of major, minor and 7th chords.
Schedule : 35 h, du lundi 1:30pm til Friday 6pm

Teaching fee 415 € /week (+30 € for students staying outside of the school)
Teaching fee + full board lodging

Concerning the prerequisites, is it necessary to know how to make the chords M, min and 7 with the left hand, or is it also necessary to be able to make them with the right hand?
