I have just tested with Edge (that I do not use) and the update 1709 "certificate problem".
on the other hand with Chrome all is well to try on your side.

Hello, chrome says "valid certificate" when clicking on the lock.
Is the site "https://" and not "http://"? Is there more details, for example why Edge considers the certificate as invalid? I do not have windows, it is difficult for me to reproduce the problem.
