Hello If we consult the SACEM catalog for this title, we can see that the work has never been published by a PRO publisher, no name, no address. We can therefore conclude that it has never been distributed. If a record exists or would be published, it would be self-published. And given the performer's age, perhaps the second-generation heirs could tell us more. A musical statement would be the best solution.

Hello When you know how to write music (a little) as I do, without going all the way to the point d'orgue, it takes about an hour. It's up to the musician - the reader - to add his or her musical touch. The score is just a guide, and what's more, there's audio, so after a while the score is useless, since you've already got the tune in your memory.
