Bonjour For French songs, there's the SACEM catalog For Italian songs or music played by Italian musicians, there's the SIAE.IT ....and no luck ... the title is well listed in their catalog for the protection of rights of use in the name of the composer ...but in self-publishing ...edited by the composer ..apart from finding the heirs ..the quickest way would be to make (or have made) a musical statement ..There are here world champions of the accordion who produce 4 or 5 titles in a row they should be able to help you in this mission.
