Yves Beaumatin was from Charente, I think. Too bad he didn't notice the mistake in the title when making the declaration. "Belle charentaise" is spelled that way. Thanks for sharing. Good day, JF

Hello Accordéonial. I have downloaded the score that I have started to study. I corrected the error by deleting the A and replacing it with an E with blanlko. Having said that, it's possible that it was the printer who made the mistake and not Yves Beaumatin. This waltz, composed with André Astier, is of excellent craftsmanship, and La belle charentaise, always at ease in her sneakers, er, in her charentaises, slipped on her pumps to dance this dedicated waltz.

Yes, let's admit it...!! but the Composers should have received a "bon à tirer" before going to print??? Note also that Sacem mentions the deposit with the title as the score!!!! But it doesn't matter...the musical quality is there....and long live the Cagouillards. JF
