Is this normal? With this password, anyone can access my bank account.

This is not your bank password. It's your card verification code. Typically a code received by SMS or via an application.

I can't read mp3 or wav on my roland fr4x accordion from a usb key and even if I change it and format it in fat
The message no song is displayed for each title

The choice is limited, so avoid the "Ibiza" types and stuff like that, poor quality, poor sound.

Personally, I use a lot of mp3 playback accompaniments, unfortunately there are few good and free ones
In my opinion however the best (to my taste) and not expensive, are those made by ERIC BOUVELLE, (collections the classics of the musette, my ideal ball etc...) Each album is sold at a very very reasonable price and if you do not want all the titles you can buy (in download) only the titles which interest you also I put you the link of the editions Pluriel, you will not have any more but to follow the instructions to buy and download
