Hello, you should have looked in the "partitions" page of this site. https://www.partitions-accordeon.com/partitions/L%27accord%C3%A9oniste
Here's a video to get your week off to a good start.

Street accordionist Lorenzo from Romania performs live musical improvisation with fragments of Monti Chardash and Libertango/Astor Piazzolla in the street near Notre-Dame de Paris, France.

Last W.End, a local radio and the web radio youpieradio announced the death of the accordionist Pascal Michaud.
Condolences to all the family and friends.
It was the "mimile" of the dancing teas and festivals, the java he liked that..... with the gouaille of the illustrious musician-composer. https://culture.allier.fr/2219-pascal-michaud.htm

Love story
Thanks to those who reminded me that accordionist only takes one N, and here we receive a variety of scores of accordionist. This being the case, the search should not take into account this little mistake and send the score anyway.
To go to the end of the thing, with 2 N we receive a catalog of Piaf's scores with accordionist in title ! Sincerely to all. Jacqui

I just received an information from Music matos for a box to connect pedals.
the midibeam 4 control (99€). Can the specialists tell me the possible PLUS for the accordionist?
Thank you. JF

Hello,

Obviously this Panda Audio MIDIBEAM 4CONTROL is exclusively intended for the control of pedals or switches and expression (4 max).
Not to be confused with the Panda Audio MIDIBEAM which is used as a wireless link between the instrument (accordion) and the arranger.

With all my thanks, very good day, JF
Hello to all musicians. As an accordionist, I would like to accompany myself with a drum machine, especially for marches, waltzes and tangos (dance music for people in Epad). Is there anyone among you who uses this kind of "drummer". I would like to know your different experiences and especially which model is the best adapted for this kind of music. Thanks in advance for your answers and comments.

Thanks again to the accordionist who quoted me the Roland BK 7m which unfortunately is not made anymore and according to my music store there is practically no equivalent in modern "boxes".

Hello,

the BK7m is a good compromise quality price, can be see in second hand ?

You have the Cavagnolo Air Symphonie for the styles you are looking for, however the price is higher but it is controlled by a tablet provided, see the demonstration:
.
At Ketron the SD 40 is a little cheaper but see the rhythms that are not adapted to the French style.
All these models are compact and therefore not very bulky.

Sincerely
pontiac

Thanks to Lousguits for this information. I didn't know about it. I will look for this side which seems to me very interesting.
This diabolical virus will have had reason this Easter day, of the fight led by the accordionist Michel Réber, since almost one month...
Great thought to his family and friends

On musette.fr I discover my song on an accordion cd :LES CHANSONS DU BAL VOL 8By DANYEL DORGERE11 - Elle est toujours derrière 2:30It remains to be seen if he sang it or just played the tune on the accordion. After having vainly tried to get the cd on the site, I discover the reason of the closing of the links on the site of Ouest France :Saturday March 01, 2003One week ago, Daniel Trochu found the death at the handlebars of his motorcycle on a road of Grand-Fougeray. Professional accordionist under the name of Danyel Dorgère, he made thousands of people dance all over France, which he had been touring for years.

Thank you yoyo, indeed, I relayed the request, but do no research ...
Thanks to its real name, one can also MISFORTUNATELY, find that the accident it is passed:
- February 21, 2003 at 16:45 / location: Grand-Fougeray (35), D57 between Grand-Fougeray and La Dominelais
Head-on collision with a Renault-Espace / Unknown circumstances / Motorcyclist died on the spot. He was from Langon (I think 35660)
Well, it's cheerful, we hope however to have, such as it is, answered the request of houdu

Hello,
In this kind of circumstances there is also no notification for houdu to tell him that his ad has been transferred to the forum.
He won't know it if he doesn't look at the forum by himself.
This is also one of the things that will change soon :)

In this case he must have received an email notification for the private message.
Hello, I would like to accompany a singer who already plays the guitar and also, for other songs, a harmonica player. I like very much for example what the accordionist of HK does. I am 62 years old, I am a beginner... Let's say that I have the level of 2 years of accordion. If you have any ideas, tips for me to move forward... I'm interested. I would also like to develop the ear to know how to repeat what I hear, but I suppose that will come with time.
Thank you.
I join HK: On the same wavelength.

Hello

Who says ACCOMPANYING implies NEVER PLAYING THE MELODY. It's
so obvious that I often see and hear people who, in order to
accompany, just play the whole melody on mute. Doing this does not help
the singer at all.

The latter interprets
the whole melody in the form of the song with the words and its intonations.

It is always the orchestra and the musicians who compose it
that support the song.

To accompany well, there are several schools. Either, the improvisation by following the grid of
the sequence of the chords (sequence = the continuation of the chords)

The guitarists, rhythm the - sequence -, the bass supports
as the drummer the strong times of the music so that everyone is in
synchro.

Either arpeggiate the composition of the chords in all directions
(reversal), but not too much either not to take all the place
sound in the piece.

Do is Do Mi Sol ...but also Mi Sol Do
or Sol Mi Do or Sol Do Mi and on
several octaves

The second school is to play a counter-song which is
already well written and which comes to support the important passages of the song..like
the intro ...a bridge .the chorus .a finale ...

(a good counter-song is what we hear in IL EST
CINQ HEURES PARIS S'EVEILLE on the flute for example) .

Y'a du boulot ...bon courage.

Thank you Yoyodu! I just listened to the counter-song. I love it! I guess to compose it you have to follow the chords too... I have good solfeggio basics... but I can't trust myself musically on what I could invent. I need to be able to check intellectually if it fits. Even for the chords! On Coher's Hallelujah for example I like the full chord in the right hand with a mute... trying to keep a common note as much as possible so that it's well connected. I don't dare arpeggios yet.
I may start with chord exercises to get more flexibility and speed.
Thanks again...

Hello
Between - interpretation - and - improvisation - it is two worlds.
The free software IMPRO-VISOR ..allows you to improve your - improvisation - by being inspired by famous musicians and mainly by Jazzman(s)
https://www.cs.hmc.edu/~keller/jazz/improvisor/

Interpretation is to appropriate a piece by lengthening or shortening the existing notes without inventing anything more, always being in the same tempo in the original style or in another style. Like playing AU CLAIR DE LA LUNE in Tango.

Good evening,
Very interesting... The improv software seems a bit difficult to me... and I'm afraid to lose time if I'm not on the accordion. I don't have enough time to play. On the other hand, I understand better the concept of interpretation. There is work to do... but it is exciting.
Thank you very much.
Article published on this great man :On the accordion planet, everyone knows Dany Maurice. And Dany also knows everyone. A smiling, tireless little man. His age? It doesn't matter. For more than half a century, we have come across him wherever the instrument stretches its bellows. A multi-faceted artist, he has made a career as an entertainer with Charley Bazin, Marcel Azzola and Jacques Hélian. A party in his honorHe even had his own orchestra. And if he doesn't play the "piano à bretelles", he writes thousands of pages relating his career and his encounters in the course of already four books on the theme of the accordion.Dany was last Saturday in the city center where a small friendly party was given in his honor by six of his long-time Maximois friends: Jacques Bordechon, Michel Gobino, Maïté Sbero, Jean Senes, Michel and Roland Warembourg. Because if Dany has, in his youth, been a pepper grinder, a bricklayer, a window washer, he found himself on the stage thanks to his friends, his talent and his legendary good mood. Everyone remembers that "he is a jovial host, with a quick tongue and anecdote on the lips, noisemaker, presenter, comedian, mime ... and also a lover of pistou soup and lasagna. "For his part, the host, who stayed thirty-five years in the city of Preconil, recalls the key moments: " In 1936, I met "for the first time an accordionist, Maurice Alexander. I fell in love with this instrument. In 1947, I became an entertainer and, three years later, I became friends with Daniel Laget, "Monsieur Muscle", who ran the "Paris-Plage". In 1958, he was part of Jacques Hélian's training team for five years, during which he travelled the world. In 1960, at the request of Raymond Ventura, he returned to Barclay's and set up his own orchestra with some very good musicians. The adventure will last until 1970. Then, from 1971 to 1981, he accompanied the accordionist Marcel Azzola. Retirement? A word that he ignores. The proof. He travels the roads of France and Europe presenting accordion festivals, including that of Les Gêts in Haute-Savoie. Today, he manages his own publishing house and has just celebrated the 400th song, "Gentleman en roulette courte", with Pierre Roussat, composer, pianist and bass player in Paris and Ludovic Beïer, great jazzman. In addition, in partnership with Maurice B, a CD has just been released in homage to Claude Nougaro: "Nougalouse". The lyrics are by Monette Gautier and the music is by Christian Coupas and Dany Maurice.about a possible retirement, he exclaims: " Never! No, no, I don't want to stop. Adopted by a plethora of stars, Dany is faithful to his friends. Adopted by a host of stars, Dany is loyal to his friends, and he has just proved it once again by sharing with his fellow Maximians the memories of a time that those under twenty years of age have never known.
