Hello friends
Max if it's on PC with Acrobat reader once the PDF is displayed press together the Shift key (shift arrow) +Ctrl +H adjust the speed of scrolling with the keys of the numeric pad.

Hello I use the music writing software ( SiBELIUS ). It is a pro software. Two versions: either rental or purchase. Very good.

Hello It is possible from the site MUSESCORE to request an animated score ..and to upload it on his YouTube channel.
